Terms of Service

Last updated July 26, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Outlaw Data, operated by Johnny Outlaw LLC. By creating an account or connecting a social account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Outlaw Data reads performance metrics from social accounts you connect and presents them as dashboards and reports. It is a read-and-report tool: it does not publish, schedule, delete, or modify anything on your social accounts.

Your account and your connections

  • You must have the authority to connect each account you connect. Connecting a Page, profile or channel you do not own or manage is a breach of these terms and of the relevant platform's own rules.
  • You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what they can see.
  • You must keep your login credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Platform terms come first

Data reaches Outlaw Data through the Meta, TikTok, Google and X platform APIs, and your use of that data remains subject to each platform's own terms and developer policies. Where a platform's rules conflict with these terms, the platform's rules win. A platform may change, rate-limit, or withdraw its API at any time, which may reduce or interrupt what we can show you.

Trials, billing and cancellation

  • New workspaces get a free trial that begins when your first data lands, not when you sign up.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual term and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not prorate partial periods.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend syncing and dashboard access until it is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access another workspace's data, or probe or bypass our access controls.
  • Resell, scrape, or redistribute platform data obtained through the service in violation of the source platform's terms.
  • Use the service to build a competing dataset for sale, or to surveil individuals.
  • Interfere with the service's operation, including by automated request floods.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of the content or metrics we sync on your behalf, and we use them only to operate the service for you. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can delete a connection and everything derived from it at any time from Connect Accounts.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service up and the numbers right, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. Metrics are reproduced from platform APIs and inherit their gaps, revisions, and outages; do not treat a dashboard figure as an audited number. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts our platform API access at risk, or that goes unpaid. If we terminate your account without cause we will refund any unused prepaid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. If a change materially reduces your rights we will notify the email on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
